The lady that helped me in the mall was so rude for absolutely no reason. i asked her for extra salt and i didn’t get any. absolutely will not be going back.

The employees seem less than thrilled to be there, that is if you can find one! I sat in front for 5+ mins before someone finally came to the front, proceeded to tell me and the other person in line that she was on break and wanted to finish it, but since she couldn’t find the other worker, she would help us. LOL! Another time, the guy was in the back where you could see him eating his lunch, noticed there was people in line finished a couple more bites and then came up to help. Without washing his hands or anything. I get it you work for a pretzel company, but at bare minimum try to make the best of it. I’ve had several times where my pretzels were burnt, or under cooked. Probably won’t be going back again I’m tired of always running into some type of issue.

Great food, fast service. If you need a quick bite at the mall, give them a try!

Was over charged, given a very small, pathetic and burnt pretzel, and a small lemonade despite ordering a medium. I get that teenagers are running the place, but this was very disappointing. Won't be back. Seriously need to get it together! ?
