Pizza Hut - Kenosha

Place has gotten better over the last year. Would order again.

Out of the blue, a vendor dropped off 6 pizzas. Apparently he wanted our business. We were all happy he did. There is nothing better than pizza…. Especially when it is free! The pizzas were delicious. We got 2 cheese pizzas, 2 pepperoni pizzas, and 2 sausage pizzas. All of them were incredible. My favorite was the pepperoni. I highly recommend Pizza Hut pizza!

Usually the food that I order is always on point but this last order was not good. The boneless wings were very small and the sauce was very watered down. The pizza had very little toppings and the crust was almost burnt... I hope that the next time I order it improves back to the way it has always been which was very delightful ?

If I can leave a zero stars I would. The only problem I have with this establishment is that I had paid over the phone and had my husband pick it up. However when I saw the receipt, the person who took my order had given himself a tip and he never asked me if I wanted to leave a tip or if I was going to give a tip in person.So I advise to anyone who orders here, if you do it over the phone, pay in person because then they will just give themselves a tip without telling you!

I ordered from here and got double charged. Called and was told there is nothing they can do. Asked to cancel my order because I'm not paying 73 dollars for pizza and soda. Still have not got my 73 dollars back. I have a 4 month old daughter and pizza hut stole from me. Thanks a lot to the manager who hung up on me when I asked for a refund and had a horrible attitude
