Starbucks - Kensington

The staff was friendly and competent. We got our coffee and tea quickly, right temperature and right items. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is the condition of the bathroom. The sink, mirror and toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. Not the quality I am used to at Starbucks.

Drive thru Line can be long. Parking tough.Coffee was hot. Ordered a latte. No foam. Was a little light , aka. NOt up to top of cup.Tasted fresh n consistentLike this location better than the one inside Safeway that is across the street.Staff friendly and easy to hear over speaker.

This is ridiculous! I asked for a tall chestnut praline latte. They didn’t even fill it up all the way, how do you forget that?

The safeway starbucks is downright the best starbucks ive ever ordered from in my life. customer service is amazing (Jaz is the nicest) and the drinks are never far from delicious.

11:15am today my entire order was wrong and tasted like water.This happens often here, hit or miss, go elsewhere.
