We had oysters and a scallop entree with key lime pie for dessert. Excellent selection of draft beers, wine and cocktails. Outstanding friendly service. And...a couple at the bar bought us a second round of beers. Highly recommend this restaurant! They don't take reservations for only two people, but we got there at 5:00 pm and got a table in a few minutes.
Wonderful restaurant. They don’t take reservations for two, so we arrived at about 5:15 pm on a Friday to find a packed house. The host said it would be 20 minutes and we had a table in about 15 minutes. Can’t beat dollar oysters (which were great) and our entrees were delicious and generous (my lobster risotto made a great lunch the next day). Excellent service.
Great food, great service. Restaurant is small, when it gets crowded it can be quite noisy.
Top notch food, drinks and service....a must visit here!
If I had a last meal it would be at the EG Oyster bar. Providence Oyster bar is junior varsity compared to EGOB.
