Contribuer aux commentairesOrder screen can not read well. after the order I tried to use credit card and nothing happened and no one said how to pay on the pull-up window. order was not correct, ordered 2 big tater dead, got 1 big and 1 medium, ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and got 3rd the cheese was more in the wrap, instead of being in the brot. drinks had more ice than soda. about all tastes of eating was fair.
On 8/11/22 my daughter and sister will be on the way to our Winston Salem hotel. I ordered the crunchy chicken sandwich with fries and my daughter ordered the same with perpetrators and the frosty lemonade. My sister orders the Nuggets and Pommes. Our food was cold and not fresh. It caused us stomach pain. I tried to call back and ring the phone and nobody answered. Our total order came to 26.82 What was not sold was worth it. I've already eaten at other Sonic's. That was the worst. It was late and they shut up so we couldn't return the food. And we were through. We were thrilled to see a Sonic. What a great disappointment you were all for us. I need to talk to a manager for a refund, unfortunately no one takes the phone off at their location. Why is no one answering the phones to solve this problem? I'm here twice in the last months. the customer service was amazing. especially today the service was great. that weep in the passage was super nice and patient and had great menu know. the man in the window, I think his name was eli, was just as great. eating is always quite good, but the service keeps me back.
Staff was rude and short with me when I pulled into the window and asked if I could separate my order into two so that I and my friend could pay separately. Instead of answering, he closed the window to me and said no word. Then he opened the window and said what your question was. I then wondered if I could pay my order in two separate ones. The employee rolled his eyes, closed the window back to my side and screamed to an employee I wanted to separate my order. I told him I wanted to cancel my order. He then said to his employee, erase this order, they depart. What I didn't do. This employee had an attitude and was just rude. So we took our money differently.
It's classic sonic food for when you're in the mood. Staff is friendly and works to make sure the order is right even if it's a big order. When we went the drive in part was closed due to short staffing but the drive through was open and like I said, we had good service .
