Horrible service from the owners, advertising higher prices in store than online (on their website and apps such as Menulog). Didn’t give us everything we ordered so we had to go back and they still refused to give us the full order. We spent $215 on the medium platter which comes with chips, but they refused to give us our chips. Ended up getting 2 chips in the end (even though it was supposed to be 3) and just didn’t want to argue over the garden salad they also didn’t want to give us. Will never be ordering from here again.

Could not help but enter Sea Breeze on Chapel after hearing so much about it truly the talk of the local town. And i can see why customer service is attentive to your Every move; from the moment you walk in..all eyes on you. Food preparation was almost at the speed of light. Their hands were moving so fast i barely got a chance to see how they delicately and passionately plucked it off the rotisserie. I simply had to give my review to those nearby and could not stop raving about how the Kebab was grilled to perfection, upon which we agreed that 'it 's ... hard to do '. But Sea Breeze on Chapel really achieved that feat and set a bar at a level where i 'll be looking to see how other places can beat it. Flavour was leaving my tastebuds forever changed, and crying out for more both during and after i was done. Sauce ratio impeccable as definitely left no room for the bread to be soggy as a result i will be telling my future kids and grandkids stories about Sea Breeze on Chapel 's kebabs. A kebab like none i 've had before, legacy that will always live on. Sea Breeze on Chapel is definitely an experience that no one ever forgets.

The worst Fish and chips shop around been here several times. Will not be going here ever again. Customer service is as bad as the food!Fish oily,potato cakes tasted stale.Ordered seafood sticks was given corn dogs and staff were saying they were Fish sticks. I just ordered from Seabreeze on Chapel and was appalled by the treatment I received. I ordered the fried flake pack with chips and also wanted to order tartar sauce on the side but they didn 't have any sauces listed to purchase. So, I called the store and explained the situation, one of the workers said I could order by phone but I stated that I wanted it through Doordash, I was willing to compensate by purchasing something else on the menu with the same equivalent and then swap it out with the tartar sauce(I knew that this was an extra purchase so I was willing to do it. The worker said that they would add it for free but not to write it in the description which I found suss, I however decided to write in the description of the purchase to add tartar sauce as I have spoken to the worker. The two main reasons I have done this are first, she did not ask me my name while speaking, so how could I guarantee she would know the agreement we came to and secondly, in the past, with several other shops. When something was added by phone to compensate, generally they agreed to what was discussed but when I received the order, I did not receive what we discussed so I added the description not knowing if the worker I spoke to would tell her co-workers. I have been now adding extra information into the Doordash description and never had any issues with it. I then received a call from the worker I spoke to asking why I did so I wrote in the description when she told me not to, I explained my situation above and she said that I was questioning her honour I told her that this wasn 't the case and reiterated what I said, and she ended the conversation by saying the same thing which was not to add into the description in the future. When she called back her tone was ill-mannered and not pleasant, I was stunned because I never have received this sort of poor customer service before. I will not be buying from this business again.

The first time buy coffee from here, they boil the milk extremely hot and I can not drink it. The worst coffee ever
