I never even got to try the food because there was a really silly customer experience problem where I had to leave without eating. After entering, my wife and I got on a long line while looking at the menu, only to find (several minutes later on getting to the ordering counter) that they were out of everything we might conceivably want to eat. Like, fully half the menu. If they have those types of supply issues, I get it, running a small business is hard and unpredictable, but how about just post the things you don't have on a sign so no one wastes time on the line? We ended up having to go elsewhere, which is a shame because the food gets such good reviews...
Both coffee and food are amazing! The soba noodles is very refreshing after had poke and fried chicken for multiple days in the row.The portions of egg sandwich is huge. The sausage is not my favorite but overall is good.
Ordered the chilled soba noodles and pumpkin crunch. The service was amazing. The ambiance was so chill. Also ordered the frozen hot chocolate and the tropical Haze. Both where so good.
The cashier is friendly and helpful at this location. I asked her to make the mac nut latte sweeter and with more flavor. It hit the spot! The Portuguese sausage egg sandwich was awesome! So ono! Way more space and less crowded than Kapa'a.
