Royal Spice Indian - Kilkenny

Very nice, quaint restaurant and the young man serving is very professional and courteous and a credit to the owners. The food was ok. I know Indian food should be spicy but it was overpowering. I was unable to eat it knowing it would later upset my stomach. There was nice flavour there and it was a pity to have to leave it.

Briyani is the worst,like rice mixed with chilli powder ,not a real briyani prepared with spices. Butter Naan and chicken tikka is fine.

Love this place. Every time we travel from Dublin it's number 1 for us. Best food and drink in town. Lovely guy served us today. Shaharia recommended the red wine also. Lovely house cabernet sauvignon.

Fantastic food every time we're here and definitely the best garlic naan in town. Tastefully decorated interiors make the dining experience even better but the friendly staff, I suppose I can call the cherry on the cake they always greet us with a big smile!
