Excellent food, cocktails, service, and atmosphere. The orzo was exceptional. And the sticky-toffee-pudding was divine! 5-stars. Will definitely return!!
Had a wonderful stay at the Pembroke Hotel and went to the Statham’s restaurant for dinner. Amazing food and service, would highly recommend!
