Roman's Pizza Kimberley Diamond Pavilion

Ordered pizza for kids from Romans at 18h55. It is now 19h50 and nothing. And it isn't for delivery either..... in fact one star is too good for this branch.

It's unfortunate I need to write this as a review for a chain store I love the pizza of but unfortunately this branch is no good, you wait 50 mins for 2 pizzas and then you get half raw pizza and almost no toppings, I actually couldn't even believe it when I opened the box I was disgusted. I have never received bad pizza like this from any romans but this one

Bad service waited about 45 minutes for a order and they were not even busy,only had coke in the fridge.

The pizza here is fantastic! I absolutely love it. The staff is also very friendly.

I found it easy and quick to place an order over the phone, and they accommodated my specific timing needs. There’s plenty of parking available, and the location is very clean. The service is prompt, and they are flexible about swapping out toppings if something is out of stock. The experience is consistently good, which is why I keep coming back as a regular customer.
