Arby's - Kings Mountain

The service was fast, but the food was disappointing. The roast beef sandwiches looked haphazardly put together, almost as if they had just toppled off a shelf. They weren't very appetizing. Rating: 3/5.

I gave this restaurant a rating of 3 stars because I ordered a roast beef meal and a Strawberry Lemonade, but the Lemonade came in a kids' size! For $10.99, I expected a regular-sized drink. However, the food was outstanding—definitely a 5 out of 5.

Later, I had to request to speak with the manager on duty to express my concerns, but she was unhelpful and made me feel like I was the issue. I won't be coming back to this location. Honestly, even giving it one star feels too generous!

I ordered my food and waited about 15 minutes. When my order finally arrived, it was completely wrong, but since I was too far away to drive back, I had to settle for it. The fries were fresh, but everything else was soggy and cold. The staff was unfriendly and seemed more interested in their phones than in serving customers.

It seems like you charge more for items compared to other fast-food restaurants. I'm not sure why that is.
