Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Kingsport

Not sure what's going on when you're ordering... I ordered a five-piece mild chicken tenders also a Dr pepper and an extra sauce... I got five piece hot chicken tenders and a Coke and no extra sauce... This is not the only place that you can't get your order right It's a pandemic of fast food workers not giving your correct order.... I have stopped ordering fast food about 80% I think I might have to go to not ordering at 100% now..

We got one of their $6 “Big box’s” if you can even call it that. It was so small and dry. Worth thing I’ve had from a fast food place in a while.

Quick service, clean environment and the food was good too. I would definitely go and eat there again!

Always take care of you only been disappointed 1 time didn't get my order right. Plus KFC went up to $6 and the only true competition Bojangles as well close to. Poeyes. went up $0.50 [Trying to post Pics]

I ordered a family meal plus French fries. They forgot them so I went in and said they forgot them and laid the receipt down. The woman looked at me square in the face and said she didn’t wait on me. I got confused so I started to pick up the receipt to show her that I paid for them and she said I didn’t have to be rude and walked away. Then this young man came over and was very master of fact with me like I had done something wrong. They shorted me on cole slaw and put it in with the chicken so they got hot and the mashed potatoes were not in the box. This place needs a major personnel change! It was good chicken but I won’t be going back.
