Very mediocre barbecue. There are worse places, but there are way better places. The meat here just doesn't have enough smoke flavor. The sauces are tasty...
Pratt's hams are exceptional. Brisket is delicious. The buffet is perfect. Everything else is fair to good.
Kindness is not consistent in the restaurant. Food was at a good temperature and hot selection was fresh.
