The staff at the restaurant are friendly, but on multiple occasions they have not included enough vegetables and have spread the meat thinly to make it go further. I recognize that it can be challenging to keep up during busy lunch and dinner hours. However, one of the footlong sandwiches I ordered only had three tomatoes on it! I used to work at Subway years ago and if I remember correctly, it was three tomatoes for a 6-inch sub. Prices are increasing, yet we are receiving less. Unfortunately, I probably won't be returning to this restaurant.
The franchise management team does not provide enough funds for employees to give change to customers paying in cash. I had to go to a nearby corporate business to get smaller bills so I could buy my food. The service by the front staff was professional, but the poor management was evident.
The service is not good and the performance of the staff is inappropriate. I do not recommend anyone to pass by the same experience that I fell into. I paid and refused to take food.
Not nearly enough toppings on my sub, even when checking “extra” on the app, also forgot my cookie.
