Don’t order from here this is what I received... absolutely shocking and unacceptable! If I could rate 0 I would.

Ordered at 5pm, was delivered at 7:10pm!!!! didn’t call to advise that delivery was going to be late. The worst part was that it definitely wasn’t worth the wait. Will never use again. Poor service, food average.

We ordered from Hannah 's and received some of the worst service we 've ever had! They sent us something that was supposed to be a Caesar Salad but it resembled something a cat hawked up. We called to let them know in hope they 'd offer a replacement but the fact that we could hear them laughing at us in the background made us rethink and request a refund. This simple request angered them so much they passed us around to several people who were getting more and more argumentative. All the while we could hear others swearing and shouting about us in the background. They actually argued with us about how many leaves a salad should contain, what leaves should be in it and that it was actually pronounced Kaiser salad...we couldn 't help lose our temper at some point as it certainly is not pronounced that way! Being hung up on and them telling us how busy they were so they didn 't have time to deal with us really topped it off! Sadly, all the while they are very much missing the point. We chose to spend our money with them and we were not happy with something they produced. A simple solution is all it would have taken to ensure that we continue giving them our money in the future something all businesses should want. The new owners at Hannah 's, however, are more concerned with the size of their egos and think nothing of telling customers to go and spend their money with their competition. It 's a shame really, the original owners of Hannah 's were great with their customers and they deserved the success they gained when it was in their hands. It 's sad to see what 's happened with Hannah 's now and unless it gets sold on again, or the current owners have a change of heart, we foresee everyone taking their advice and taking their business elsewhere.

Ordered on Just eat and they gave is a estimated time for delivery. This was then changed and put back another 30 minutes and then the order was cancelled. Tried to call them to ask if we could collect it if they were too busy to deliver and the phone was constantly engaged so presume they had taken the phone off the hook. Terrible service.

The BEST burgers we have ever had the pleasure of devouring!!! Fantastic selection and sides have given us without a doubt one of the best burger experiences in a while!! Great service and delivery options added to this wonderful meal! Will endeavour to use and inform friends and relatives of this hidden gem! Thankyou guys!! Carry on regardless!! Xx
