Contribuer aux commentairesWe order are kfc on Uber eats when we got it the food was cold and the packaging where all ripping apart and it’s was oily then we spoke to Uber eats and got a rufund never got this experience from my nearest kfc.
Ordered some KFCs on Just Eat, I ordered quite a lot of food and it did not show up. I waited a good 1 hour and 30 minutes before taking action incase there was insane traffic (the KFC was just up the road). Checked my status on the app, said the Driver was offline. Delivery never came, pretty sure my driver gave it to the wrong person or ate it himself/herself.
Possible to do Zero stars? Ordered through Uber Eats. Arrived cold, late, damaged, pathetic portion sizes. Uber Eats refused a refund and refused to acknowledge what is possibly the worst takeaway I’ve ever seen. KFC also refused to acknowledge their part in this. So you live and learn and I’m £30+ out of pocket, but I won’t be using this KFC or Uber Eats again. Just awful
As I was already in the area, visiting Santander, decided to pick up a birthday takeaway for my mother and father. This may sound, non extravagant, but with her having COPD and osteoporosis it wasn’t worth the risk dining out. Manager here is a really nice fellow. Staff decent. Mega box of chicken and chips plus mashed potato and sweet corn ordered. Food was prepared quickly, and was apparently very good. Place kept clean and tidy.
We really should have read the reviews before placing our order. The bone-in chicken bucket was lukewarm and just passable. The chicken burger was cold and the fries could have been either hot or cold, but unfortunately they didn't arrive at all. This disappointing experience went over well with the kids, but it was our mistake for giving this restaurant another chance after a previous letdown. We won't be making that mistake again. - Steve, Jan, and disappointed children.
