Real Japanese ramen. Was craving this after a trip to Japan and have found the real deal. Also offers imported Japanese drinks. Fried chicken was delicious. Left warm and content. Tonkotsu black A hearty bowl of ramen at a very reasonable price. Most of the ramen in other Japanese restaurants in Hobart is too salty. I understand that it was a strategy to get people to order alcohol because they were thirsty, but I wondered if they should do so at the expense of lowering their satisfaction with the food. That's why I was even more satisfied with this restaurant's rich and moderately seasoned ramen. Next time I visit, I plan to add noodles to the ramen so I can enjoy the taste longer. If it were closer to my house, I would definitely have become a regular. Depending on your taste, you may feel that the scent of bamboo shoots is too strong.
