Jersey Mike is a chain so the food is about the same at all locations thanks to standardization. What changes from one location to another other is staff. The staff at this location is a hit and miss. Some brilliant and some not so much. There seems to be a large amount of turn over with never seing the same people and I go at least once a month. Online orders have sometimes the wrong bread selected, and once when ordering from the store direct they got my order wrong but I fought it as they were doing it. The staff is friendly and helpful enough trying to do their best but unfortunately their performance at executing orders sometimes is a miss. So the best thing is to order from the store rather than online.
I would rate this 5 stars, but all the tables were dirty and the music too loud. However our sandwich was awesome!
Just make sure to go in and order in person and you probably won’t have any problems, but if you order online expect your sandwich to not be there when you get there. It’s happened to me 100% of the time I have ordered online.
Did an online order and the sandwich wasn't correctly made. When we called to have something done, none of our calls were answered. Several hours later we were finally able to get an answer and they asked us to bring the sandwich back.. I don't feel that's an appropriate resoluction for an online order that has been picked up and after several hours of trying to reach someone.
