Steak N' Shake - Kirklees

Shocking service, took one and a half hour to be delivered.. And gave me the brush off every time I rang.. Avoid

Disgusting service. The food came and wasn't very hot. But considering the fast service they probably didn't even cook it. I ordered a cheese burger which was very chewy, horrible old sauce and a soggy bun that fell apart in my hands. My wife ordered chicken nuggets and steak. The nuggets were no bigger than your thumb nail and weren't even that hot. We also ordered a steak to share that basically redefined the new lowest of expectations I can have for a meal. It was shredded. Looks like mash. Horrible. I've included a photo of the said steak. Enjoy.

Please do NOT order the lamb leg. I made the mistake of ordering three. One for myself, for my brother and one for a friend. We all had to throw most of it away. Having paid so much, tried some, but it was not edible. Such strong spices that appeared to be reused. It gave us stomach upsets later!!!

I ordered a panini meal with chip and a drink, but I went to pick up the order and went home and found that there was no chips!! That was just annoying!!!!

Couldn't get our order right, part that was right was cold. Phoned them immediately and asked for it correcting, told me they'd just closed so they couldn't correct the order so I asked for a refund, told me driver had gone home. I demanded a immediate refund, they agreed to drop cash off..never turned up!! Will be getting in touch with trading standards first thing tomorrow. AVOID
