They charge 15% and say it is for service plus the tip is a steal

It's a super expensive place. The relationship between what you pay and what you get is not good. They charge you a 15% tip if you buy to go. It is illegal. Never ask you about it

Expensive and not all the servers are very cordial they have a very bad attitude I understand put my order to go but she immediately turn her back so I ask another lady if can get my pastry while I wait for my food and she at like she was bothered for my request...Food is expensive as well and dealing with attitude not fun...is a shame honestly Also they charge a extra 15% Service charge..

It is a wonderful place I love the atmosphere, the service and the Venezuelan food
