Little Caesars Pizza - Kissimmee

Customer service was horrible!!!!manager was very rude pizza was too greasy didnt enjoy my moneys worth wont be ordering from them anymore

The estimated delivery time was 25-35 minutes, but it actually took an hour for my order to arrive. When it did, the food was cold. The pizza I received was the original crust instead of the pretzel crust I had ordered. The Italian cheese bread was hard, and the Crazy Bread was stale. I tried to call the restaurant around 9:45 PM, but after about 15 rings, no one picked up. I ended up paying $22 for food that was incorrect and cold, plus a $7 tip for the DoorDash delivery driver. I didn't even bother to open the cheesy jalapeno dip I paid extra for because the crust was wrong. Overall, I’m very disappointed and would rate it zero stars if I could.

The custom Detroit-style deep dish pizza was still warm and absolutely delicious! It was definitely worth the extra money to have it delivered via DoorDash!

The dasher then had to call DoorDash to ensure she could go pick up the wings for me, as I do not have a car. I requested that the employee make sure my wings were freshly made when the dasher arrived, and she agreed. It should have only taken 6-8 minutes for the dasher to return with the wings. Since the dasher has a food warming bag that keeps food hot, I couldn't understand why Little Caesars didn’t provide me with fresh wings, especially since they were the ones who messed up my order. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

I had the T-Mobile promo I never truly liked the hot and ready pizza so decided to choose the deep dish pepperoni it?s so much worth the extra $5. Plus the employees working were super sweet great guest service definitely coming back
