Panera Bread - Kissimmee

Good experience! I had a stop during the trip to disney area, very friendly staff, cleanliness is good, everything was available from the menu. all drinks are available. Eat tastes good, fast and also drive thru was open.

Please when I order modified food it means that I wanna change/add something that I might or might not paying extra for. Two days in a raw and this is the second time I order modified sandwich and it’s not modified lol and also on the side I asked for baguette not chips but of course I did pick up and when I opened at home it was chips I was disappointed …. I’m not writing this just to show how disappointed I am but to let others know to choose different Panera and for management maybe also start paying attention I mean then why do you give people to choose if you can’t offer right?!

Awesome, fresh and tasty and a good healthy option for Orlando. The smoothies are great and the family breakfast deals are a bargain.

It's been quite a while since I have eaten at a Panera. It's not their fault, it was some problems I was having medically. Things are getting better now and I can have their food on occasion once again. My kids wanted to get stuff and I agreed to run for it so I ordered myself a sandwich. I ordered in the app for pickup and between us we got a good variety of items. We didn't get any drinks on this occasion as I was bringing it back home for us. I love their teas and such but I'm not allowed to have any caffeine in my diet so I don't get to enjoy them anymore. The sandwiches tend to be big enough to where I eat half of them and save the other half for later which works out great for me. It automatically comes with either a piece of bread or chips and as I can't have potatoes anymore I opted to get the bread. In the end I left it for my kids to enjoy with their soup so that I wouldn't overdo my carbs. I have to say that I kind of forgot how much I really enjoy their food and I look forward to being able to enjoy it more often once again. It's always a good meal just healthy and a different way than I usually need.

Would give this Panera 0 stars if I could. We are down here on vaca . Stay at margaritaville all the time . We walk in to this Panera around 7:30. Everyone in the kitchen was just staring at us and a few other customers and no one was coming to take our order so we stood there for ten minutes before someone decided to come over . Even the manager I 'm assuming that 's who he was black hat and black zip up jacket) just stared over at us like we were non existent. Finally someone came over and we ordered. My turkey sandwich had no red onions and the tomatoes were disgusting looking. the sandwich was so sad. I love Panera and this place gave me such a bad experience. My boyfriends chicken salad sandwich had a long black hair in it and neither of us have black hair. . We were waiting for our food by the pick up counter and the manager or so he looked like a manager with his outfit) said to the girls making sandwiches if the phone rings again make sure you f*ing answer it. Which was extremely unprofessional and loud enough for us to hear. All in all this was a horrible experience . Please train your employees or I don 't see this franchise lasting very long.
