How else should I find out it's disgusting? did they want to reuse the food? what was the point of denying a return because I took a single bite. need to be trained in customer service
$30 to lunch 15 for mine is too much with an salate that is brown on the edges. the dame on the switch. she said brown and got an empty star on her face. not very personal
I ordered a warm bowl of Mediterranean huh, misleading advertising, they do not inform the customers that there were no ingredients, but they charge the same price? By the way, the bowl is not even halfway away when the menu shows a full bowl and for the price it is a steal. I didn't want anything extra, just don't overlook, they give the service they charge. Thank you.
Eating is always good, the only thing was the chicken avocado melt, they had not avocado and they were loaded as with or without avocado on the chicken avacado melt; this is not good! parking: good location
I love Panera but this location really messed up. We ordered online and waited more than 2 hours for the food. We know this restaurant is far away and there was a lot of traffic so we did not make a big deal out of the outrageous waiting time. When the ordered finally arrived delivered by DoorDash) we were missing the 2 main items. All we received was the cups of soup. I immediately called the restaurant and the person who took the call the manager, I believe) refused to give me a refund. She claimed they could not do that because of scam issues and this was after she verified that the missing items had been left at the restaurant. She would not send the missing items either, which I would not have accepted anyway because it would have taken a very long time. The only thing she could do for me was to send a $15 voucher in the mail; not even by email so that I could have it immediately. So I don 't even know if I will ever receive the promised voucher, which by the way doesn 't even cover the $21.68 tax) that I paid for items that I did not receive. No compensation was offered for their mistake and the fact that I was left with 2 very upset and hungry kids. I received a very weak and laughable sorry . Please don 't ever order from this place.
