The last 3 times I have ordered from this location I was given the wrong drink. It is my fault for not checking before I leave the drive-thru but it is really disappointing to get to work, only to have to throw away a $5—7 drink because it's flavored with some kind of syrup. I always order the same thing, iced oat milk latte. I am hypoglycemic and cannot have drinks with syrup. I went this morning, I was literally the only one in the drive-thru on both sides. Love my Dutch Bros, glad there are new ones popping up all over. Went to central coastal California for my mom's memorial and less than 10 minutes away was a place to get my favorite coffee!
