I often visit this Burger King, but my last experience wasn't good. The employee who worked at the front had her back in the register and on her phone for at least 90 seconds while I was in the register the young lady who called her name two or three times in the dining room because I refused to make my presence known because that is not my job, just as I am sure it is not her job to be so intense on her phone. I also assumed that she was in the administration because she was dressed in black, and beyond that she had never apologized for her negligence, but the food was good.
The only one who works simply sleeps in the dining area and will not stand up to take an order. Not here again.
I was inside and disturbed, but the girl was patient. I don't hear well, she had to repeat something three times, she was patient. I had a voucher and thought the price was lower, she explained it was $1.20 for two slices of cheese and they could remove it. She was just soooo nice and patient!! Food delivered quickly.
FIRST OFF..DO NOT, DO NOT go here at night. (1) People come to drive thru window with tank tops on. (2) People are laying down in the lobby area. You pull up to the drive though (with no one in the drive thru line) and you still have to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to come on the intercom. The manager, the district manager should be FIRED. The pics are below. The employees were literally sitting in the lobby area. The manager was no where to be found OR she was the one sitting in the car. They deserve a zero.
