Burger King - Knoxville

This was a drive-through experience for a family on the road.The food was hot, and the order was correct. That is about as good as you can expect. The only complain I had was that the drink was all drink and very little ice, so it was not cold and what ice was there melted quickly to water the drink down.You can take that either way. Some people want all drink and no ice because they think more ice is cheating them out of drink. Others, like me, are more about the quality of the beverage, and diluted coke that is only slightly cooler than room temperature is just not my thing.

We walk from the truck stop to get dinner. We ordered our food after us and a customer who was here before us waited on someone to take our order. I eventually spoke up and asked if anyone was taking orders. He eventually took our order. When we got our food. There was a nice curly black hair in my husband 's burger. He went up to let them know, young man got the manager on duty, he came and was going to argue with my husband and wasn 't going to get a refund because they wear hair nets and beard nets . That is a laughable, plain out lie. (Please see photos and Video) You can plainly see They DO NOT have hair nets on or beard nets. If you watch the video you can see his hair pretty much sweeping the cooked french fry holder. YUCK ? ?. After a brief back and forth he did give my husband a refund. The employees. Started talking and laughing about us that it wasn 't his hair, this coming from the one who sweeps with his pony tail. The management of this facility needs to make the employees wear proper kitchen attire. That includes HAIR NETS!!!

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich with ketchup only an order of onion rings and a large drink. The drink was so full of ice I got 2-3 drinks and was empty. The sandwich was prepared normally lettuce tomato and MAYONNAISE THAT IM ALLERGIC TO. Had I not started my onion rings first and not been ten miles away before I discovered the sandwich THAT I ENDED UP THROWING AWAY SOMEONE WOULD HAVE WORN IT. I didn't get a receipt and was driving so unfortunately no one was chewed out.

Good food and the service was ok, but a little slow.Food: 4/5
