Everything I ordered tasted bland and similar. Additionally, if you get takeout, they don’t include complimentary chips and salsa like most other Mexican restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and go to Panchos, located across from Walmart just a few miles down the road. They offer fantastic service and delicious food.
So the food was cooked and presented in a timely fashion, if timely is over 18 minutes...lol. it was good to look and taste. We just were seated after a party had ordered so no option was offered until 15 minutes sitting there, we were advised about thebig party and our options to chose were no longer viable.
It's too loud the.sheer echo of the building makes it super hard to eat in a relaxed environment. The food isn't really that great. And the prices compared to other Mexican style restaurants is way to expensive. I don't mind paying the price if the foodis good but this one is mediocre at its best.
I haven't dined at the Cancun Mexican Restaurant on Chapman Highway in a few years, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they have remodeled and introduced a new menu. The interior is now more open and brighter, and the menu features new dishes. The ingredients were fresh and beautifully presented on our plates. They also offered several additional options for vegetarians.
I decided to try this restaurant after my usual spot, Silvia's, faced some serious issues with order accuracy. The food here is quite good, and I often place pickup or delivery orders a few times a week. Although it’s on the pricier side, I believe it’s worth it. However, order accuracy has been a significant issue, and from my experience, it's the worst I've encountered. I typically order once or twice a week, and more often than not, my order is wrong. I usually get one entree and four side items, but I frequently receive the wrong entree and almost always miss an entire side item. In fact, my orders are correct less than 20% of the time. While the receipt is consistently accurate, which means I can’t blame the rude hostess for the issues, it seems to be a problem with whoever is taking the orders and packaging them. I understand that you're busy, but I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes to receive everything I paid for.
