Starbucks - Knoxville

I used to love this location, but last 3 times ive been, they have pretty much refused to blend my Frappuccino the first time. They blended the one for my friend (with the exact same order) and it makes me almost late for work because on top of waiting for my order, i have to wait for it twice. I think I'll just find another coffee place.

Good service. Many outdoor tables. Efficient mobile service.

I've ordered from here twice. The second time, today, I gave them a second try, because the first was bad. Got in line, this privileged Karen stepped in front of me (I was social distancing from the woman in front of). Anyway, the barista was by herself taking orders as well as making the beverages. I stepped to the restroom while she made my order. Came back, picked it up and walked back to my vehicle. That's when I discovered it was, once again warm coffee tasting water instead of an americano.

Very clean, organized, friendly place to go for a drink. Wonderful Customer Service, friendly people, different flavors sizes for your drinks also good food as well. They have a nice spot outside to sit with tables chairs If your one of those that like to enjoy a good breeze time to yourself to unwind relax a little bit. Overall I love some Starbucks, a very good place.

Ordered a brown sugar oat milk iced espresso, as is, no modifications, just like I'd ordered at other locations. This one was just a latte. No brown sugar or anything. Not the first time either. This location doesn't know how to make their own drinks.
