Wendy's - Knoxville

This Wendy’s is always popping and they’ve been understaffed for awhile. The people they have there right now are AWESOME and they all deserve a raise. Everyone is so kind to be worked to death. Food is always good and fresh10/10

Came by and the guy working the window immediately had the demeanor like he was not in the mood. Ok fine. We all have days like that. But then I realized my large fry wasnt in the bag so i asked for it and more bbq sauce for my daughter. I did pay $4 for the fries. And he was so irritated by that. Then after i put my wallet in my purse and looked up he was talking smack about me to his co-worker. He needs some midol i guess.

What's the point of offering $2 off on any breakfast combo when they can't even bother to open their dining room at 9:00 am as advertised?Can't be bothered to waste gas and my time driving to their restaurant early in the morning only to find their doors locked.

Anna in the drive thru has been phenomenal to me. I go here multiple times a week and yesterday there was an error with both one of my food items and the billing on my receipt due to a shortage of an item and a mistake. She not only gave me a refund for the incorrect billing and the incomplete item, but made my experience phenomenal today by discounting my meal as compensation. She is a wonderful worker with fantastic customer service and I will be happy to continue going here as long as she is on staff. Thank you Anna! ?
