Osteria 16 - Koebenhavn

The best Italian food I had in cph. They make small plates (antipasti) in a fixed menu. Creative and great. Don't skip.

We went in late and friendly staff offered us the last two-seat table for a squid pasta dinner. We had no idea that we were stumbled in such a lovely dinner experience! Very recommended charming little restaurant every visit to Copenhagen.

Fine food less the Snobbery and accompanying costs. Each course was a study in sophistication. Cooking seemed to me more Italian inspired than classical Italian, partly rely on local ingredients. The acoustics are a little cave-shaped and the space is a little cramped, but overall I also enjoyed the ambience.

I recommend this restaurant to all lovers of food. Great Italian food/wine and very good service at a good price. They also made a vegetarian version of the menu for my friend (on site), which was also delicious.

An excellent Italian cuisine experience. The waitress took her time to explain each of the dishes and ingredients. A truly memorable experience and something very different. A great concept. The tirimasu was delicious. Delicate flavours, and coffee not over powering.
