Café Vreiheit has a very nice green outdoor area that I highly recommend and a changing daily menu where at least 2 vegan dishes are always found. Vegan Breakfast Brunch is also available The services are super sweet and accommodating. A big plus are the homemade lemonades.

A real institution in Mülheim, delicious food and drink. and in summer a lasy beer garden next to the church.
