Mint Kitchen - Koh Tao

Although this place is a bit out of the way, it is worth the little way around! many Thai dishes that can be made easily vegan. owners clearly don't understand a fish sauce and no ice plus tofu and sweet are available with most directed! the menu is very extensive. I had the green curry, penang curry and early roll while in koh tao. all very tasty, and good portion sizes. another plus is that it is beautiful and cheap! a discount is also included here when they dive with roctopus! from 22/07/19: the restaurant is not where it is indicated on happy cow. it is located next to taco shack hostel restaurant (further on the road,) on the right side when it is to foot from sairee beach.

Eating was not vegan marked so you have to ask for things (no ice, no fish sauce, etc). I took the red curry and it was good (a little too spicy for me personally but still pleasant). I also found a piece of ice in my red curry. we also had a pineapple frying with tofu and it was okay. the portions were okay, but a little small.
