If I can give this place no stars for the restaurant upstairs, I would. I have been here couple of times. Last time I went there, there was an insect in one of the food served. A rebate was given off the bill, so there was some action on the restaurant 's part. But at today 's visit, I felt that the waitress was rude and unhelpful. Poor customer service at the restaurant today as the food came at vastly different times. Some of us had completely finished eating their meal before another person 's dish arrived despite having ordered at the same time. We were not told by the waitress or kitchen staff that a particular dish on the menu would have taken longer time to prepare. One of the menu items was not available, but we were only told about it after others ' meals were served, and when asked, the waitress simply said, 'The kitchen had only only informed me that it 's not available '. I think the waitress should have either verified with the kitchen first and promptly informed customer instead of only informing when serving others dish. It is worth noting that there were not particularly many customers during our dine in. On a more positive note, this place may be more suited to just relaxing and having drinks and tidbits instead of full meals as they do offer competitive alcohol pricing on their menu.

A good place to chill out with good food and beverage. The staff are friendly too.
