Havana Grill - Kuala Lumpur

We went to Havana bar on the 3rd May around 10pm. If the management is reading this message, pls check who was the staff at the entrance. There were 1 male and 1 female Philippino staff. The were extremely rude to the customers. They either very proud for the place they are working or they want to ruined the business.. I have been to Havana bar for so many times.. I love this place. But for the incident happened last night, I will NOT go there anymore!!

This place is always busy and it's recommended to book for a big group to avoid disappointment. Get a seat up stairs on the balcony give you the view of the busy streets as night falls. Food in generous portion and great taste. Friendly staffs and attentive service. It's a great place to chill out with friends. Their grill tandoori chicken is so tender and juicy! The stuffed jalapeno is surprisingly not very spicy.

Great music, a lively atmosphere with pool tables, sports on TV, and a dance floor on the first floor make this place perfect for those looking to enjoy various vibes without them clashing. However, the drinks are on the pricey side, and the cocktails seem to lack a sufficient amount of alcohol even for someone like me who can hold their liquor. It 's worth noting that the majority of the patrons here are expatriates, so if you 're seeking a more authentic KL experience, you might want to explore other options. Additionally, I observed that the staff can sometimes appear judgmental /rude towards Asians and may prioritize expatriate patrons over locals, which can be off putting. Before writing this review, i have been here 3times (Mar, Oct 2022 Jun 2023), this is the fourth time. Please refrain from providing the standard response of apologizing for not meeting my expectations. Instead, I encourage you to focus on actively improving the experience for all patrons. I am not sure if i would like to return to Havana in the future!

Nice place with friendly staff. Love the setup and ambience. There is parking available down the road. Outdoor seating is available, with comfortable space for social distancing.

Really a great place. The dance floor was really good and the drink options are nothing short of plentiful. If you're planning to go to KL to have a fun night, I recommend this place.
