Nachos Cantina - Kurunjang

There are hardly any good places in melb for mexican, but this place just blowed me away. There food is simply put AUTHENTIC MEXICAN. It is soo full of flavour, just the right amount of everything. <br/ <br/ Portion sizes are huge as well, all in all it is a must visit.

Delicious food. Helpful and friendly staff. I always get the sizzling fahijtas (keto friendly) and I enjoy them so much. Great to go on a date, with friends or with the family. Theres even a kids menu available !

The service and food, while good, will leave you wanting to explore other places just to see if the quality, service and price are comparable. Do visit if you can. The vegetarian options make it personal preference for mexican food.

My husband and I have been to Nachos Cantina many times in the last few years. While I have tried many of their dishes, I always go back to my personal favourite, flautas (with beef). Our most recent visit was a couple of weeks ago, my beef flautas were as good as I remembered. The slow-cooked beef was very tender and the fried tortilla was perfect. My husband ordered the Acapulco Trio, which has 3 enchiladas (2 pulled pork and 1 beef) and 1 beef taco. It was great, although we both think the pulled pork was better than the beef. I also ordered a Splice margarita, however I found it to be a bit average. I could barely taste the melon and coconut liqueurs (or any alcohol at all), and it just tasted like a nondescript mocktail.<br/ <br/ While this time we were very full and didn't order dessert, we have had their Chocolate Nachos in the past. It was too sweet for us. But if you have a big sweet tooth and want an impressive-looking dessert, you might like it.<br/ <br/ The service during our most recent visit was a bit slow, but the restaurant was very busy and it seemed they were short-staffed that day. We don't go there very often now as it's quite far from where we live, but it's still a good restaurant offering food with consistent quality.

So excited to have found this place and really dissappointed I hadn 't found it sooner! My partner and I did the 'feed me ' special and couldn 't believe how much food we got for that price. The food and cocktails were so yum, and the dessert was amazing. Along with the fantastic customer service, this has become one of my favourites.
