The best Pho and recommend from a friend who is Vietnamese. We've been ordering from here for years. Broth is the most flavorful we have had and it does not extra sauces like other places. They also do not skimp on the toppings! LOTS of sprouts, jalapeno, lime, onion, basil.
Not sure if this is a restaurant or a fast food place. The food is served in a plastic bowl. But, the worker does take your order and bring you the food.I was not impressed with the taste of their pho. The broth was not rich at all and had a distinctive smell of meat that turned me off. I probably won’t be returning here again.
Every single time the weather is cold out, the lady at the front always disregards everyone and kicks them out. You’d think they’d be happy they’re getting this much business, I guess not. Every single time I’ve tried to order pho while it’s cold out, i’m shoo’d out the door with the lady saying “it’s gonna be an hour wait i can’t. i cant take your order.” I’m not sure who’s hired the staff here, but they’ve hired the wrong girl to be in the front. Make sure “multi-tasker” is one of their skills. If she had said it in a nicer way, I’d be fine with it. She unplugs the phone as well, totally unprofessional. The lady just seems grumpy and rude. One man said he’d been waiting 45 minutes for 1 bowl of pho. The pho is exceptional I will say, but the service quality and wait times are not worth it.
This is the beat pho north of downtown LA in my opinion. The chicken/rare steak/brisket pho are all good but the oxtail pho is stellar. I crave it. It sometimes does take a while, this isn't McDonald's, but it's well worth the wait. The food is 5/5, service is 4/5, value is 5/5.
