Contribuer aux commentairesWe went to Mila on a Saturday afternoon with a small group of friends. My wife got there first. The place was empty so we got a nice well-situated table out on the terrace. The rest of the group showed and the waiter gave us the menus. The thing that struck us the wrong was how long it took for the waiter - any waiter, considering there were a number of them - to come and take our order. It's different from the states where the server will come by from time to time to ask how things are going. That's not the case here. In any case, we finally got our order in. The cappuccinos were very good. The Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake was good but a little to sweet for my liking. Everything is well presented but another thing that struck was that they didn't leave us any napkins. Small mistakes that really are inexcusable. Well overall an acceptable experience inasmuch as it was comfortable and we had a good time. But I do have to say I had higher expectations.
This place has a very nice environment and it gets very creative when it comes to typical Cartagena's food. Best cazuela de mariscos (see food soup) that I have had in a while.
Carnes, peixes e frutos do mar.
