Although this is not an exclusively gluten free establishment we were able to call and speak directly with the staff and order over the phone. They took notes on separating the gluten free items from other dishes, and preparing them separately on clean surfaces. They said all their soy sauce is gluten free but I used my own just in case and had a great meal! So far I feel completely fine. We will definitely be ordering from here again.
