We arrived on Saturday at 2.55 and a sign was taped to the door and said they closed at 4:00 and were not sitting at 3:00. We went to a booth and waited for the hostess. She refused to serve us even though we were there before 3:00. She said they closed at 3:00. We said the sign at the door said 4:00. She said they wouldn't sit after 3:00. We pointed out that it wasn't 3pm yet and she said rudely that they had closed the kitchen and turned around and migrated away. I wish I could check the food. Unfortunately, I can recommend not only on the basis of the service.
My husband and I ate here on 4/1/2019 the place is small but cute. This is the only good comment I can give. We just went another table with two people at a time, so not busy. I ordered one of the specials grilled salmon my husband had jambalaya. Salmon was BURNED I tried to eat and you could not taste anything as a fish skin burned. After waiting for 10 minutes for a waiting staff to come back to us (the two women were busy with barbecue to talk to chef) my husband went and asked if one of them could please come to our table. When we got a member of the staff, I showed her the salmon and explained that it was not possible. She offered to have made new that I refused. When it was brought back to the BBQ, we could hear the argument of the cook that it was ?charred? No I'm sorry if the skin was burned black and heavy, that's not charred that is burned. It shouldn't have been served. Another employee came to our table and said: Oh, you don't like the charred salmon?., again I said that is not charred, which is burned shouldn't leave a bad burnt taste in my mouth. My husband had no complaint about the Jambalaya. We had Calamari for appetizer it was definitely not well prepared. Hush puppies were too dense and fried over deep. The food is expensive, but we were not worried because we expected fresh well cooked dinner. What a disappointment! We will mark this restaurant from our return list.
Another great time at this absolutely phenomenal place for the freshest seafood. Everything was delicious. Great value and great service. Music City Seafood? The perfect place for special occasions. Our broadcast team loves this spot! 1Big1.FM TV Radioactive SuperStation Oscar Smith, CEO Founder
This place is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! Try it and you will be won? not be disappointed. The food is DELICIOUS and the staff is very friendly!! The lush puppies are the best I ever tasted. The Cajun Remoulade sauce that comes with the Hush puppies, and the tartaric acid sauce is incomparable. There are too many good things to say. Trust me, just go there!!! Are you in your car?
We have dined here several times over the last year. Lunch is served throughout the week with dinner on Friday and Saturday night. They are closed on Sunday. The location can be a difficult one to find if you are not real familiar with the Franklin Factory off of Liberty and Franklin Road. The restaurant is tucked into the South end of the warehouses just off Liberty Pike. The set up is part dining part retail. There are 8-9 tables including a larger community style table. The serving sizes are enormous. The fish is always fresh and tasty. Our favorite dishes include the Fish Chips dish as well as the Peel and Eat Boiled Shrimp. My favorite ?side? dish is the Shrimp and Mac Cheese. The servers are friendly and helpful. Adult beverages (cold beers) are available ? although this is not considered a full service bar.
