Sushi Lab - Labrador City

This restaurant in Labrador and Newfoundland serves the best sushi. The staff is friendly and kind, and the food is of excellent quality. I highly recommend this place. I give it 5 stars. - Gregg L. Friedman MD

Lab City offers top-notch food and service. I personally haven't tried their sushi, but my friends have and they mentioned that the freshness of the ingredients was lacking. However, I have tried other dishes on the menu and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The decor of the restaurant seems outdated and in need of an update, which is disappointing.

When they first opened it was amazing. The food portion size was wonderful. Now, it’s lacking ... everything got smaller.. different tastes .. slow coming out of the kitchen .. bad sushi that isn’t fresh.. the only thing that makes this place good is the staff. Always there to help and always happy and quick on their feet. I wish restaurants never brought in Tv’s... it ruins everything .. you can’t have a night out without staring at a tv in your face .. overkill on the TVs

Great company, good food, good service We went out to celebrate my 65th Birthday some had sushi, some had chinese and some had Canadian dishes.

Went for birthday supper, individual orders as you eat, so there is no wasted food. Great atmosphere.
