Here's the thing. The actual taste of the food was fine. The staff are friendly enough. And the atmosphere of the place is fine. But why I'm writing this review is because this is the second time I've ordered from here and the order was wrong again. Twice now, I've ordered from the Lacey location and they cannot seem to get my order right. Both times, I've ordered in the early AM's. And business was CLEARLY slow.So why is it that BOTH my orders can't be made correctly? I will not be ordering from here again. I don't have time to drive all the way back from my house to grab what I needed. I did it the first time, but I won't do it a second time. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.Like I said, it has nothing to do with the taste of the food, staff, or cleanliness of the restaurant. They just are bad at reading orders.
I ordered online and I had to wait past the time that my order was supposed to be ready. The food was overcooked and their customer service skills need polishing.
Service was slow since only one waiter was taking orders.
4 out of 5 . Would have given five stars if the service would have been more personable and attentive. From the jump the server just seemed disconnected. Other than that it was better than decent, just not great.
