Don Garcia's Mexican - Lacey

As for the food, I had the 5 Triple Margarita, and it was amazing. The homemade chips and salsa, while I personally rated a 4 due to my sensitivity to spicy flavors, are likely to be a hit with many. I also tried the two chicken enchiladas with cheese, which I would give a 3.5, along with black beans rated at 4 and a salad that also scored a 4. In conclusion, I would give Don Garcia's an overall score of 4.25. Fantastic!!!

After relocating from Arizona to the Pacific Northwest, I was concerned that I might not find a genuinely authentic Mexican restaurant. While La Tarasca was okay, I wasn't keen on making the lengthy trip to Centralia. Fortunately, I've now stumbled upon two fantastic Mexican eateries in Olympia: Ramirez in Tumwater and Don Garcia's in Lacey. I highly recommend checking out Don Garcia; I'm sure you won't be let down!
