I had to repeat my order 5 times because the person was everywhere where she reads it wrong. 5 minutes later go home and my roasted sandwich was not roasted. I called, spoke to a male manager and assured me my name was on the board for the replacement. I am going yesterday and they are fighting with me that I am not on board and refused to replace as I said. I was also advertised more than on her menu. poor management and rude staff!
What kind of a subway doesn’t accept coupons? ? like don’t send them to my mailbox if you can’t accept them.
This subway is personally one of my favorites in time. The workers are friendly and alway know how to make my sandwich the best it can be. The meat is perfection! Each employee gives it that exquisite “chefs kiss” with that glorious bread that is perfect EVERY time. They also are great at recommending new options to try on the sandwich, like the new Supreme meat sub. (Tastes great on artisan flatbread, toasted BTDubs) The place is always as clean as they can make it. Please note that the workers are really busy with both the drive through, online orders, and the people walking in. Also, sandwiches are made AS YOU ARE IN DRIVE-THRU, which is why it takes a while, so please don’t stress out the workers anymore by naming everything as a list. Their are only about 3-4 people working a shift so it gets busy fast.Finally, coupons are hard. The workers don’t know if it’s in the system still or not due to the myriad of coupons sent out. Also, they keep the coupons, so don’t ask for them back because you cannot reuse them. They still need a profit.Anyways, this subway is the best and I never find anything wrong with it.
Had the freshest, best Italian herb and cheese bread for my sammich here. Poor sandwich artist was by herself trying to expedite orders from counter and drive-thru. She did fine by me.
So I’ve never really had a bad experience with Subway, but I asked for deluxe meat and it looks like I barely got even a full scoop. And I’m paying for all that money for extra meat I expect extra meat. Other than that the staff was really nice and the sandwich was very nicely made. The staff just needs training on portioning. As being a former employee, I know how the sandwiches are supposed to be made.
