In-n-out Burger - Laguna Niguel

Around 1130am. Wednesday Nice cheerful people working here, Carla was my cashier and i think it was Carmen out in dining areas making sure all is good and keeping everything clean. Overall all the staff here was cheerful and had positive attitudes and uplifting.

Service was great , food was warm but not hot . Normally always busy and clean but they may been short handed . Trash cans were overflowing in the dining area. Which I’ve never seen.Dietary restrictions: They have a protein burger is fantastic with extra pickles.

Always great burgers, fries can be overcooked at times like rocks. Extremely long line, I've waited 30 minutes burning gas....

Great food as always. The only issue is that it gets very busy in the evening. It’s hard to find parking and table. The drive thru is very long too. Otherwise it’s a great place to grab food.
