Legends Of Ka'anapali Luau - Lahaina

Our party of four really enjoyed this luau. It was very laid back and felt much more comfortable than some of the fancier events that I've been to. The emcee was very personable and we really felt like part of the ohana. We spent the rest of the week singing the Welcome Song! Speaking of ohana, the male performers were all of a family. A bit younger than the more seasoned men but made up for it with personality and joyful action. The music was great and the fire dancer at the end was really outstanding and put on a great show. The seating was at small round tables for two to six people and it wasn't crowded at all. Pretty much every seat was a good one but if you get the regular seating just show up right at 4:30 to sign in and you'll get a table really close to the show. The mai tais and Blue Hawaiians (or something like that) were tasty and pretty strong. The food buffet was very extensive and everything was tasty. They brought the desserts right to our table and were not stingy with the drink refills either. This luau was really a highlight of our trip. The only negative for me was that it wasn't situated overlooking the ocean so we didn't get to watch the sunset but we were so enjoying the entertainment it didn't matter after all. Check with your activity provider (we went to The Snorkel Store) and you might be able to get a little discount on the tickets over booking online.

Took my hubby for his first Luau ever we enjoyed it it was a smaller venue which was great! The food was delicious esp the Kalua pig, beef teriyaki and chicken teriyaki wish they had potato Mac salad and white rice other than that ono kine food!

This was my first trip to Maui, had a wonderful time. We celebrated Christmas with our son, his family and our daughter-in-laws entire family. The Luau was amazing, beautiful. The food was wonderful and the drinks were not bad either . I would suggest purchasing the VIP package.

The show had marvelous dancers ranging in age from young school children through adults
