Taco Mel - Lake Charles

CHORIZO QUESADILLAS WITH THE RED SAUCE NUFF SAID? Nah,,,I moved away to Florida and crave TacoMel daily. When we come to visit I make TM a priority. If I miss the chance, my pouting is felt by everyone around me. Docked 1 Star for being so pricey because TimeMissed=Double Portions.

This is probably the healthiest tacos we've had for some time. Super tasty and basically no oil. Fajita, chicken, carne asada. All good

This place has the best Barbacoa tacos I have had. The tacos come out with just the meat. They have ALL THE FIXINS at the salsa bar. If you order pack of tacos togo.They give you pretty large containers for you fixins. Just to put this review in to perspective I am from Southern California. We have great Mexican food restaurants. This one would do just as good there.

Today was my first day trying this restaurant. I am very pleased, very clean the staff is helpful but most importantly the food is amazing! It tastes just like my Mawmaw's cooking (we are Mexican) I could eat here every day. They also allow you to put what ever topping in your taco! Very neat! Will be going back.
