Cow Cafe - Lake Cowichan

After a long and satisfying bike ride in the Cowichan area, my friends and I decided to visit The Cow Restaurant for a well-deserved meal. Upon entering, we were greeted by a calm atmosphere and informed that they were unable to serve alcohol due to a system upgrade. Despite this, we decided to stay and enjoy the promised delicious food. I am happy to say that we made the right choice!

Wow! After a whole day fishing, we were tired and hungry. Not sure where to dine...The Cow Restaurant was certainly the beat decision! Generous portions, delicious taste and reasonable prices. I have been a few times to Cowichan lake but this was my first time at The Cow restaurant. It shall become a tradition!

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! While exploring Vancouver Island on our bikes, we stumbled upon this gem during our day in Lake Cowichan. The prime rib poutine was absolutely delicious and definitely a must-try!
