El Pollo Loco - Lake Forest

At this location, the staff is generally friendly. One employee even recognized me from another El Pollo Loco I frequent. I might be eating there a bit too often, but overall, the fast food workers are usually quite nice, especially considering the challenges of low pay and lack of benefits they often face. Fast food employees deserve our appreciation, and people—including myself—often overlook the effort that goes into preparing the meals. It's especially true for the workers in the back, who go unrecognized since they're out of sight. But that's just how things are.

The restaurant doesn't have a drive-thru! Please make this update so that I can change my review. The staff at Pollo Loco are very friendly.

My meal was fresh, hot, and absolutely fantastic! This is, without a doubt, the best El Pollo Loco I've ever been to! I was the last customer there.

I came for a snack, not even a meal. The service was good, the chickens Tacos were delicious as usual. However, my supplement from macaroni and cheese was not properly cooked, the sauce was much too thin and had not enough cheese taste. Maybe it didn't cook long enough. It's usually thicker, creamier and I just didn't make it so much fun

Went in to cash in on my free birthday meal through the app. only had to pay for the drink. the app works great and always has deals. people at this location are friendly and were will to help customers. got the lunch rush and food came out quick and hot. great place to have lunch
