The filet had a cheesy sauce on top that was disgusting, and the potatoes were not much better. The service was extremely slow, uncoordinated, and it seemed like the staff didn't care about the customers. I would rather go to a cheap Italian place than eat here again.
My mother, who is battling two types of cancer, and I visited this restaurant and requested a vegetable soup with gluten-free pasta, since they advertised gluten-free options. Unfortunately, they refused this request and instead brought a vegetable soup that tasted like a watery tomato juice mixture, which we found to be awful. When I requested to speak with the manager about the disappointing meal, she refused to talk to me. Not only was the food terrible, but the customer service was even worse. This experience was so disappointing that I am considering disputing the charge with my bank for the first time. Note to those with dietary restrictions: While they claim to offer gluten-free pasta, it is not available for the soups.
This restaurant offers upscale dining with white tablecloths and a beautiful view of the golf course. The atmosphere is elegant, with guests dressed for dinner. The food is delicious, with impeccable presentation and bold flavors. I highly recommend trying the Wild Cherry Old Fashioned cocktail, as the cherries add a delightful twist to it. Overall, it is a lovely spot for a satisfying meal.
Overpriced and unnecessarily stuffy. Wine was extremely overpriced for what it was. $23 for a glass of Merlot. Interior of restaurant is in need of renovation. I felt like the chairs were going to break at any point, very uncomfortable seating with no booth option. 4 adults and one child $440 bill, automatically added an $80 tip to our bill. Price just was not worth it. Would not return, instead I would opt for the cafe on the lobby level of the resort.
Food was delightful. The branzino was excellently cooked and flavored, with a nice crispy texture. The tiramisu dessert was delicious. The appropriate rating for this restaurant should be above 5 stars. My daughter said it was the best restaurant she’s ever eaten at. Even the pizza off the kids menu was brick fired and had perfect marinara. Also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the decaf Americano a delicious Colombian blend. Comfortably situated in the Grand Geneva Resort. Heavenly experience.
