Tijuana Flats - Lake Worth Beach

We had our food catered from this location and it was an absolutely pleasure working with Michael the store manger. Our guest could not stop talking about how great the food was . Thank you Michael for your time and going beyond to make our specialoccasion a great one !

Nothing FLAT here!!!! What a fun place to eat. Decor is VERY bright and colorful. Staff was absolutely AMAZING. Not only extremely tentative, but kind and happy. Constantly asking guest if they needed anything and making sure the place wasspotless. Their takeout is very organized and right up front. Food tasted great and presentation was good. A nice place toenjoy with young ones also without typical restaurant hassles. Also my nieces and I had ?who can eat the hottest saucecontest?. We tried their hottest sauce. WOW!

Now I ordered a 2 for $20, which is a new Monday special. It comes with 2 drinks, extra sauce and Entrees. When the order was delivered, it did not have the sauce or drinks. I called the restaurant, spoke to the manager, and he said I would get a free duck at my next visit. So I asked if it would come with a drink as I paid two with my last order. Surprisingly, he said it didn't come with a drink. When he was questioned, he said these drinks were free with my last order. Now I don't want to get a picky, but if you order a combo meal, the price of the entire order will be reduced as a sum of the items in the order. He just wanted to ask a manager and ask for drinks. It is simply not right to ask for something that was not included in my last order, which is the whole reason why I made the call. I don't have to be placed. A just resolution is everything I wanted. Imagine I have a free duck, but I have to go for drinks. How ironic.

I ordered two steak nachos amongst other meals, and when I got home I couldn't even find a spoon full of steak. More chips then anything else. I always ordered an extra side of beans that wasn?t in the bag, My order totaled $51.00. Very disappointing. I showed up at 8:30pm they close at 9:30 but this, I thought, would been enough time to cook a to go order.

Staff was very, very nice. Near the end of my taco and burrito chicken meal, I had thankfully noticed this piece of beef in my taco. Never eat mammals. Was on a long trip. Tired. Sat outside. Just took off. Please be more mindful.
